  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the jerk seasoning and olive oil onto the chicken breasts.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
