Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 3 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
