Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and ground cinnamon.
- Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, raisins, and pine nuts. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a large pot and add enough water to cover the bottom of the pot. Cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
- Serve the stuffed peppers hot, garnished with a sprinkle of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
