Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Fill the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
