Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, raisins, olives, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
