  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onion is tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
