Ingredients
- 2 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Season with cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
