Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup pinakbet vegetables (bitter melon, eggplant, squash, string beans)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup bagoong (fermented shrimp paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and red onions until fragrant.
  3. Add the pinakbet vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce evenly.
  5. Top the pizza with the cooked pinakbet vegetables and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Drizzle bagoong over the hot pizza before serving.
