Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the vegetable oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated beef, onion, and bell pepper onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve the Pinchos de Carne hot off the grill.
