Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the vegetable oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef, onion, and bell pepper onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the Pinchos de Carne hot off the grill.
