Pinchos De Carne Picante (spicy Beef Skewers)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the stovetop grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated beef, onion, and red bell pepper onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve the Pinchos de Carne Picante hot and enjoy!
