Pinchos De Carne Picante (spicy Beef Skewers)

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the stovetop grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, onion, and red bell pepper onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the Pinchos de Carne Picante hot and enjoy!
