Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lamb, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb kebabs for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the mint yogurt sauce by mixing the plain yogurt, chopped mint, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt to taste.
