  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lamb, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
