Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated beef cubes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers.
