Ingredients

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
