Ingredients

  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 turmeric leaf, torn

  • 1 L water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine water, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, red chilies, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric leaf, and tamarind paste. Bring to a boil.
