Ingredients

- 1 turmeric leaf, torn
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 1 L water

Instructions
- In a large pot, combine water, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, red chilies, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric leaf, and tamarind paste. Bring to a boil.
- Add the fish fillets to the pot and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
