- 200g spinach
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and tamarind paste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the ikan patin, tomatoes, chilies, and daikon radish. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
