Ingredients

  • 3 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 daikon radish, peeled and sliced
  • 200g spinach
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and tamarind paste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the ikan patin, tomatoes, chilies, and daikon radish. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
