Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup fresh crab meat
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Push garlic to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  4. Add crab meat, pineapple chunks, and frozen peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
