Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh crab meat
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Push garlic to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add crab meat, pineapple chunks, and frozen peas. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
