Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork loin, cut into 1-inch thick slices
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and black pepper to make the glaze.
