Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham with shallow cuts in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the crushed pineapple, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the pineapple glaze over the surface.
