Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup pineapple chunks

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.

- Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
