Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the chopped pineapple until smooth.
  2. Strain the pureed pineapple through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
  3. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.
  5. Before serving, stir in the sparkling water.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Ananassilöök over the ice.
  7. Garnish with pineapple wedges or lime slices if desired.
