Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the chopped pineapple until smooth.
- Strain the pureed pineapple through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Before serving, stir in the sparkling water.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Ananassilöök over the ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges or lime slices if desired.
