Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices, drained
  • Maraschino cherries
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, pour the melted butter and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bottom.
