Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices, drained
- Maraschino cherries
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, pour the melted butter and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bottom.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the brown sugar and place a maraschino cherry in the center of each slice.
