Piri Piri Shrimp Tacos (Tacos de Camarão Piri Piri)

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp piri piri sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with piri piri sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked shrimp on the tortillas and topping with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and cilantro.
- Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the filling.
