Ingredients
- 1 cup Pisco
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the Pisco, lime juice, and the cooled sugar syrup. Stir well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the Pisco mixture.
