Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto the soaked skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
