Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork loin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar to make the sweet and sour sauce.
  2. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then brown in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
