Ingredients
- 1 pound pork loin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar to make the sweet and sour sauce.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper, then brown in a skillet over medium heat.
