Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, and white fish)
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large potatoes, diced

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and flour until smooth. Pour this mixture into the pot, stirring constantly, and cook until the chowder has thickened slightly.
- Season the chowder with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with the crispy bacon and fresh parsley.
