Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, green chilies, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, garlic, and salt.
- Gradually add water and whisk to form a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the batter to the pan.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and becomes a smooth, lump-free consistency.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot with bhakri or rice.
