  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Divide the dough in half and roll out each portion into a 12-inch circle.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add ham, bell peppers, and olives. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
