Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Season the chicken breast with jerk seasoning, then grill or cook in a skillet until fully cooked. Let it cool, then slice into thin strips.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the pre-made crust, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
