Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh corn kernels, all-purpose flour, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Spread the corn batter on a pizza pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes to partially cook it.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over it.
  6. Top the pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced ham, bell peppers, and red onions.
  7. Sprinkle oregano on top and return the pizza to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
