Ingredients

  • 1 lb picanha steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 pre-made pizza dough crusts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Season the picanha steak slices with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough crusts.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce on each pizza.
  5. Arrange the seasoned picanha steak slices, red onion, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  7. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  8. Remove the pizzas from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
