Ingredients
- 1 lb picanha steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 pre-made pizza dough crusts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Season the picanha steak slices with salt and pepper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough crusts.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce on each pizza.
- Arrange the seasoned picanha steak slices, red onion, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
