Ingredients
- 500g pizza dough
- 200g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 200g cooked ham, diced
- 200g tomato sauce
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
- Flatten each dough ball into a disk, then top half of each disk with mozzarella, ham, and tomato sauce. Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Carefully add the filled dough disks and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fried pizzas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
