Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Flatten each dough ball into a disk, then top half of each disk with mozzarella, ham, and tomato sauce. Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Carefully add the filled dough disks and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the fried pizzas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
