Pizza Rendang (rendang Pizza)

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup Rendang beef, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Place the dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with coconut milk, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the coconut milk-brushed dough.
  6. Evenly distribute the shredded Rendang beef and sliced red onions on top of the cheese.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
