Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup Rendang beef, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with coconut milk, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the coconut milk-brushed dough.
- Evenly distribute the shredded Rendang beef and sliced red onions on top of the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
