Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, cilantro, walnuts, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the ground coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties or balls and place them on a serving platter.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds before serving.
