Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, finely ground
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
- 1/2 tsp ground marigold
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, ground walnuts, onion, garlic, coriander, fenugreek, marigold, cilantro, and parsley.
- Add salt to taste and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties or balls and place them on a serving dish.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
