Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely ground
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
  • 1/2 tsp ground marigold
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, ground walnuts, onion, garlic, coriander, fenugreek, marigold, cilantro, and parsley.
  2. Add salt to taste and mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties or balls and place them on a serving dish.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
