Ingredients
- 500g fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package phyllo dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, onion, feta cheese, eggs, sour cream, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Layer half of the phyllo sheets in a greased baking dish, brushing each sheet with olive oil.
- Spread the spinach mixture over the phyllo sheets.
- Layer the remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing each sheet with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the phyllo is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
