Ingredients

  • 3 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
