Plum Dumplings (quetschepflumm)
Plum Dumplings (Quetschepflumm) are a traditional Luxembourgian dish that combines the sweetness of plums with the comforting texture of dumplings. These delicious treats are perfect for a cozy dessert or a sweet snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 12 plums, pitted and halved
- 1/2 cup sugar

- In a large pot of boiling water, carefully drop the dumplings and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- In a separate pan, melt the vegan butter and toast the breadcrumbs until golden brown.
