Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sweet potato, coconut milk, and sugar.
  2. Stir in the raisins and shredded coconut.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15-20 minutes or until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Divide the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
