Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, sweet potato, coconut milk, and sugar.
- Stir in the raisins and shredded coconut.
- Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 15-20 minutes or until it thickens.
