Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Place the stuffed bell peppers in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce and water. Pour the mixture over the stuffed bell peppers in the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and let the peppers simmer for 30 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and the peppers are tender.
- Remove the stuffed bell peppers from the skillet and serve hot.
