Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup of peeled beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground crayfish
  • 1 teaspoon of bouillon powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a blender, blend the peeled beans with a little water to form a smooth paste.
