Poivrons Farcis (stuffed Bell Peppers)

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and tomatoes until the beef is no longer pink.
- Add the cooked rice, tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the stuffed bell peppers hot and enjoy!
