Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and tomatoes until the beef is no longer pink.
  3. Add the cooked rice, tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve the stuffed bell peppers hot and enjoy!
