Pokhara Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  • 500g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the skewers in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until paneer is golden brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney.
