Polar Bear Pie

Ingredients
- 500g reindeer meat, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the reindeer meat over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and sliced mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a pie dish with one sheet of puff pastry.
- Pour the meat and vegetable mixture into the pie dish.
- Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges.
- Make a few slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
