Ingredients

- 1 cup polenta

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the polenta to the boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook the polenta, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes or until thick and creamy.
- Stir in the chopped herbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the polenta from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
