Ingredients

  • 1 cup polenta

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta and salt. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, for 15-20 minutes or until the polenta is thick and creamy.
