Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, sour cream, and butter. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles using a round cutter or a glass.
- In a separate bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Place a spoonful of the blueberry filling onto each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pierogi in batches for about 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain.
- Optional: Melt some butter in a skillet and lightly brown the cooked pierogi for a crispy texture.
