Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
