Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed and chopped

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
