Pollensa Pork Tenderloin With Almond Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
