Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
