Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
