Ingredients

  • 4 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cumin, parsley, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken leg quarters in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure to coat each piece evenly.
